It doesn’t always land there. Sometimes the answer is a process, a hire, or killing something you already pay for every month.
Growth adds people, tools, customers and steps. None of it looks like a problem on its own. Together they take up the room you used to think in. We find where that is happening and build the structure that gives the room back.

Getting bigger is not enough when it is at the expense of what is important to you. Just because the business is getting bigger does not mean you have the capacity to carry it. The business and the person running it both have to develop the capacity to carry, steward, sustain and multiply what got built.
